    As we connect to our breath, our life force, we inherently connect to the Universe that surrounds us. Each breath a sharing and participation in the dance of life and a moment of faith in the oxygen that surrounds us. A conscious breath anchors us to the moment, calms the nervous system, and sends the message “I am ok.”

  • Move

    As we connect breath to movement, we allow the body to root us in the present moment. We connect our feet to the Earth grounding to grow. Each inhale an invitation to stretch, expand, strengthen, and equally exhale allowing us to drop in in, soften, and release.
